The bobble rows are crocheted with the wrong-side facing you as you work them; you’ll love watching the bobbles pop out on the right-side of your work! With a simple 4-row repeat, you’ll memorize this pattern in no time. This fun stitch pattern combined with a chunky yarn makes for a quick design that you can whip out in one sitting. This pattern is great for selling at craft shows or giving as gifts!
You can use any bulky weight (category 5) or super bulky weight (category 6) yarn to create your own Wolseley Cowl! For a different look, try using a lighter yarn weight and modifying the foundation chain by working any multiple of 6 until reaching your desired circumference!
Construction: This cowl is worked in joined, turned rounds from the bottom-up with no seaming involved. By working a simple 4-row repeat, you will create a textured fabric with bobbles that appear on the right side of your work. Each bobble row alternates the bobble placement to keep them evenly spaced.
