This scarf is a long, open-ended scarf with fringe added to both ends.
You can easily widen the pattern (or make it more narrow) by adding extra stitches in multiples and instructions are included in the pattern on exactly how to do so.
Photo tutorial is included on adding fringe in case you’ve never done it before! Fringe is added double-stranded for extra fullness.
This pattern has been professionally tech edited to be as correct as possible.
Measurements:
Length: 66”
Width: 11”
Yardage:
3 skeins Lion Brand Scarfie in Cream/Taupe (#826-206) or 774 yds of similar category 5, bulky weight yarn that matches gauge.
Note: Even though this yarn is a bulky weight #5, I find it similar to worsted, so you could use worsted as well.
