About
I’ve always loved 90’s fashion. There are so many bits and pieces I like to pull from this clothing era, from fuzzy sweaters to plaid pants to turtlenecks. When I first came across Caron Latte Cakes yarn, I was instantly reminded of the fuzzy sweaters frequently worn by Rachel Green in the show Friends.
This chic winter sweater is crocheted with a textured novelty yarn to produce a fuzzy sweater reminiscent of those especially popular in the 90’s and early 2000’s. This budget-friendly yarn produces a beautiful sweater with an unexpected texture that can’t be achieved with regular yarn.
The Fuzzy Raglan is worked seamlessly from the top-down with raglan sleeves and afterthought short-row shaping at the back-neck for a more tailored fit. Plus, a nice bonus - this textured yarn hides the back-seam of your sweater for a clean, store-bought look.
Though it can be worn on any occasion, the Fuzzy Raglan was designed with the holidays in mind. Whether you’re headed to a holiday dinner or a New Year’s Eve party, this sweater is sure to become one of your favourite cool-weather staples.
